Usually 2 cups of regular coffee in the morning, decaf tea in the afternoon. Canadian Maple Vanilla tea rocks!
I have givin up coffee for the past 6 months. I went to my doctor to get a physical and I had a long talk with him about how bad coffee is for you. Because of me being somewhat of a "health nut", I decieded to give up coffee. But, I do like noncaffinated tea............... ~namaste~
usually if I drink to much coffee on an empty stomache my hands get shaky and slighty sick to my stomache and I have to run to the bathroom alot.
