I'm going to assume that if you’re reading this post you’ve seen the movie. So I have a question about it. The latter half of the movie, with the time travel, then the main character watches himself aging and dying. At the end of the film he is ‘born again’ as a fetus in space. Does anybody know what this means or what point Mr. Kubrick was trying to make? I’ve tried to find essays on the film on the internet but can’t find any explanation of it. Thanks in advance. Peace :)

The point that good ol' Stan was trying to make is that the movie is over and you can wake up for your half-daydream now.

    Glad to enlighten.

That's because there might be an inadequacy in the cranial capacity gene in your family.

Another asshole comment from BSR. And the universe restores it's natural order of things.

P.S.- You maybe right, but I wouldn't know, I don't have a family, therefore it's east for me to not be insulted by your comment. Fail on your part, brah

I know that. In all seriousness you're sadly right. It's so shameful. But, I figure, I could be way worse...you know I could be an axe murderer of Jeffrey Dahmer or something. Instead I'm just an alcoholic drug user who's whiny but loves everyone

Yea, I can only hope. I'm pretty immature, whiny, and unsure of myself for a 21 year old. I'm sure it'll fade out

dude the irony of this post........do you know how he died? He was beat to death in prison with a weight bench bar by a man who said "god told me to kill him" the dude cracked Jeffrey's head open with the bar....then beat him till he was a moldy jack-o-lantern. The guy said god told him to do it because Jeffrey was the devil. The dudes still alive but because he did that they took away his right to parole. In my opinion he should be free, but whatever.

nah, i wasn't even sure whether dahmer was still alive or not.

you would only be a hero if you killed him before he started killing people.

and the guy that killed dahmer, well i don't necessarily think killing him was wrong. but i wouldn't free anyone who killed anyone under god's divine orders...

I never read that. And I'm extremely well read on serial killers. I'm sorry but I'm gonna call this BS until you provide good proof. If you don't feel the need to then I'm going to assume you're lying.
