Recently I've been looking for a present that I can treat myself to when I finally get off probation. Focusing on affordability(under $100), I'm going to go with a vapor pipe. Based on reviews I've narrowed it down to the VaporStar, and the VaporGenie What I like about the Genie is the look and portability of it. I also feel that the wider flame filter gives you more control over how and where in the bowl you vaporize it. The Star however looks like it's easy to use and harder to fuck up. If you light too hard you scorch the weed, whereas with the Genie you would clog up the filter alongside the scorching. It seems that the Star is more consistent with how it distributes the heat, so that might make it more effective. *Oh yea, you can put water in the Star and turn it into a vaporBong if you please. One of my friends owns a vapor-genie, I've used it a bunch of times and it definitely does the job. From the times I've used it, nobody managed to clog the filter, so as long as you're not trying suck the entire flame down into the bowl, you shouldn't have a problem.
