I was gonna say no, but you forced it upon me :p

Were your 2 daughters large babies? Please don't take this the wrong way, but your bump seems pretty big and healthy for 25 weeks.

Yeh thanks for all the damn your hugeness! That's always what a preggo woman wants to hear LOL And no, my babies aren't big. The first was 8lbs2oz and the 2nd was 8lbs6oz. But I retained a few pounds after each pregnancy. FWIW I am not quite 5'2" and carry my babies high and out (the only two places for my belly to go).

I feel alright for the most part. Still dealing with morning sickness but other than that and the swelling that started today I am good.

eek so sorry if I made you feel bad with that. I didn't know women carried babies differently. Please forgive as I have absolutely no experience with fetuses living in me....maybe in several years, tho.

    So what causes the swelling?

No you're okay. You didn't hurt my feelings :) Everyone carries differently. Tall slender women look as though they have swallowed a basketball sometimes and some women hardly show at all even when they are 40weeks pregnant. It really is a unique experience for everyone. It's all good.

Swelling is a normal part of pregnancy that is caused by this additional blood and fluid. But sometimes it can be an indicator of something being wrong. Usually means you aren't hydrated enough, aren't getting enough potassium, are getting too much sodium or something else diet related. Right now I think my issue is the heat. It's flippin HOT outside right now and I was out for a bit a few ago. I dunno. I am hoping to drink some water and chillax and that it will go away. Though I am riding up to the pharmacy to take my bp on their machine just to be safe :)

Aww! I think it's ute you have big baby bump already - instead of just pregnancy fat. I am tall -long torso-and when i was preggy people just thought I was getting fat for a good 7 mo .
