    Long story short.

One of my grade 2 students has some behavioural problems. He's real smart but a pain in the ass sometimes.

Now I know he has a hard time at home, parents split up, mother has different dudes in the house all the time, and she beats the crap out of the kid.

So, I've made him my little buddy, cos I know what he's going through and he's been coming along in leaps and bounds over the past 2 months.

Anyway, he's still not so great with his other teachers, Maths and Thai especially. So his Thai teacher wanted to have a meeting with the kid's mum to let her know.

I had to be there cos I'm his homeroom teacher and I wanted to make sure he didn't get read the riot act and I thought I should also let his mum know that he was actually improving a lot.

When the Thai teacher told his mum about some of his misbehaviour, the fat useless **** of a mother said,

"Fuck him. He's going to live with his Dad next month, so I don't give a fuck!"

    What a fucking tramp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@#$#@#$%%#@#:mad::mad::mad::mad:

true. I miss my old school.

My kids are cool here but a lot of the parents are just rich stuck-up fuckwits who think that throwing money at their kids is enough.

On the bright side, in the 2+months I've been teaching here, I've bought a new chopper and saved enough money to hit the road for a month in October.

Oh wow, what a total bitch!!! I can't for the life of me understand how a mother could be like that when it comes to her own child! Damn! Now you're making ME want to punch her!

That poor little boy. :( It just breaks my heart to hear about kids growing up in homes like that. So sad.

so volunteering somehow makes you immune to contact with scumbags??

this comment makes no sense to me. it doesnt matter what line of work you are in or whether your paid or volunteering, once in a while you run across people that you wanna bash in their face..

    Like a big bike chopper.

I'm either gonna drive down to Krabbi or gonna fly to Indo.

Probably Indo, cos it will still be raining in October and the roads won't be too good.

Heh.. nope, it just seems like since he switched schools he's been getting more upset because of things that happen at work.. nothing to do with volunteering in general.

Driving to Krabi would take a while I think.. a couple days at least. And I think it's shitty season on that side in October?..

Don't stay in Bali if you go Indo

If you can't find cheap flights, consider taking a boat from Melaka to Sumatra. I've heard such great things about Sumatra, and the boat is like 150 ringit (1500baht) return

    that's horrible...

At the very least, we can be hopeful that she'll die alone, with no friends or family by her side.
