Canned chicken tastes remarkably similar to canned salmon

Something is up! We must investigate!

I do believe that the chickens have been murdering the salmon and passing the meat off as chicken so as to spare themselves, the chickens. That's my theory but maybe I have it all wrong.

It took an hour to reach the feet,
Because there was so much to eat,
And when he finished, Pig, of course,
Felt absolutely no remorse.

"That he might have me for his lunch.
"And so, because I feared the worst,
"I thought I'd better eat him first."

Because canned salmon is inexpensive, extremely healthy and high in calcium and omega 3 fatty acids and delicious and doesn't have to be prepared. The chicken, however is very fishy, which is strange because I was looking for a chicken flavour.
