I'm going to pick up a bunch of organic vegetables and make carrot and coriander soup. I might get myself some sort of international cuisine while I'm there as well. They have great all you can eat banquets in Chinatown. Anyone want anything while I'm there?

They're lovely. As far as cooking goes, they're used much like pumpkin, but they have a nice fresh savoury taste. The grow prolifically a lot like pumpkins, probably would do well in nevada. They grow on a climbing vine.
OH! Muppet squash. yeah, I do like those. no one in the produce section ever knows what they're called, wasn't worth researching (pumellos were though, go figure) so, they were called muppet squash here.
