I Live near San Francisco and iv'e been getting edibles from the clubs from my friend that has a cannibus card and to tell you the truth i havent been feeling any of them. iv'e had brownies, cookies, rice crispies, the weed pills, chocolate milk and a couple more. ive only felt it once and that was from ones my friend made himself at home...so i wa wondering wtf is wrong with me or wtf am i doing wrong. I know their real edibles so thats not the issue... ive tried not eating before them and all that shiit but still nothiiinnnnng
Smoke the shit. I've eaten 1/8th of a batch of brownies made with a quarter O of weed and didn't feel shit. I ate a brownie too that only had a gram of hash in the entire batch, nothing once again but that's to be expected with such a menial amount. I also ate a cupcake with a unknown amount. I got high, but not SUPER high. I can smoke 5 bowls and be higher than if I ate a full fucking plate with a quarter in it. Pointless from my experiences
When I tried edibles I noticed it only made me feel good / happy. didn't really get me blitz'd at all
Some of the times I've gotten the highest after years of smoking is from eating it. I love it, although I would not give up smoking it, it's just a different experience, but can definitely be intense in it's own way. It suddenly just hits you, and the comeup is so much longer, you may be like, whoa, when will I freaking peak. The high is much longer....I've even knocked myself out from consuming too much.
when I make brownies, I don't get high, I get really stoned and tired, as soon as I eat them I am just about falling asleep yawing non stop, it sucks
not enough weed, preparation method, quality of weed, quantity consumed, amount of weed you regularly smoke (tolerance), if its the same weed you also smoke and if its the first high of the day... this is what comes to mind at the moment
I put allot of weed in it, maybe smoking pot all day and then eating brownies on top of that might be the reason, I ate brownies at my gate getting ready to fly back home, and I was falling asleep at my gate. I have never just eaten brownies with out smoking, I prepare the pot on the stove using oil
I have no experience with oil, try using butter next time. Also of utmost importance, it should really be your first high of the day. You'll be pleasantly surprised when it starts to hit you between 30 min to 90 min later, depending on the amount. The sooner it hits will likely tell you how strong it will be. It is more of a body high, but in higher amounts I've had typical mj visuals or disturbances, whatever you want to call'em. The time I consumed too much, at first everything was great, we went for a meal and I couldn't stop laughing, everything seemed confusing, I felt as in a dream.... but a few hours later I felt I was still getting higher and it became too much, I had to lay in bed and practically "passed out", just fell deeply asleep. When I woke up a few hours later I was still pretty high. You may have to experiment on quantity to find a proper dose.
ok thanks, so when making the brownies you use butter instead of oil? cause on the brownies box it says add oil. I have a learning disability so could you give a step by step easy guide
I just heat a pan on the stove low-heat with a stick of butter. Add anywhere from an 1/8 to 1/2 ounce, depending on how potent you want it. If possible, go with as much as you can. I've even used an ounce of old shake with decent results. Let it simmer for 30-60 minutes, it should take a green color. Sieve it, discard the plant material and you should be left with a dark green butter. You can use this butter with anything you like, I can even consume it cold and straight (not at all pleasant). You will have to give it a shot with say, a teaspoon to test potency. Best of luck
