I just meditated again, after stopping for ages upon ages.

Since then my life has become more and more chaotic, my mind was so cluttered it was unbelievable I didn't notice the condition I was in.

    And now...

It's beginning to quiet down. I missed this. I'm going to meditate every day now. My mind, my spirit, my body is remembering, and doing what it once did.

My potential is opening up again.

I recommend to everyone to do their best to find the time to meditate every day. It's worth it.

    Feel the vibrations. They awaken.

    Those words can only hint.

yes the pure bliss of meditation, it is so special and unique. I know im not the only person here who struggles to find words which truely describe meditation and how it can impact on ones life. All i can say is that yes it is beautiful and it is such a true natural thing, enjoy the moment.

    Peace, compassion, acceptance.
