I can understand fashion as far as clothes that are flattering and project the image you want to project. I do not think the "baskets" you speak of are for practical use. As others have said, it is an art form. It must be anyway... It's the only explanation there is for things like this: Does anything about this outfit strike you as unsafe? ...
Runway shows aren't a statement, they aren't art, they are a way to maintain a certain aspect of an industry, they are part of a game, the ridiculous garments that are part of them are NOT what matter.
Runway fashion is "art" for shallow women and homos. In general though, Flannel wears hippie dresses and such... which makes her a slave to fashion and this entire argument somewhat stupid. She can fix this by posting noodz.
Not necessarily. I don't think I've ever asked you for noodz. But yet again, you're much too old for my taste. (so is Flannel, but I'm making an exception)
I don't think you've asked anyone except Flannel for nudes. Dunno what's changed but I see the humour.
Everything you're wearing now has trickled down from those flamboyant wardrobes you see on the catwalk.
I wore that because I liked it. I don't waer things because of fashion. I wear what I like, I watch what I like and if it happens to be 'Out dated' or stupid, then so be it. I can barely find anything in the stores that I like and want to wear, thats why I love handmedowns the most. I used to wear swimsuits everyday of the year until I was 6. I wore it because I liked it. I wear what I like. Easy as that.
If you were wearing it because you liked it, why did you have to photograph yourself wearing it and why do we have to see it? Hypocrisy.
