So lately i have been having all of these unwanted thoughts. Like i will be with my friends and alls i can think about is everyone naked. Or i will be with my family and i will start thinking about sex with them. I do not want to think these things it just happens. I also have been very paranoid of these thoughts lately, like i am afraid that i am gonna have these thoughts and then in turn i start to have them. Also every little ache and pain is something more, like every little thing on my body is an STD .

Any advice will help thank you

  2. It happens to me too, and usually I find that the next day nobody says anything. I'm not going to give you advice -- it's your life. But you're not alone!

it's perfectly normal to go through that. Don't worry about it. It'll pass...

why don't you try to get some help? there's nothing wrong with getting a psychologist to talk about this stuff to. Even if he'll simply answer some questions for you, where it stems from, etc etc ...

    good luck, man. . .

I get plenty of unwanted thoughts, not quite like yours, more like how shitty things really are, how evil a person really is, how pathetic I am blah blah blah. I often think of how lonely I am, and how badly the people around me treat me. That seems to be the most common thing.

sound like you have OCD. the best thing to do is fight it. rather than think about whatever is trying to come in your mind say screw it and find and activity to focus on. like find somebody to go play racketball with or bad mitton and just focus on the game rather than thinking all those thoughts. yes it could be drug induced or induced from something else. but regarless the key to beating it is having an activity to focus on and take your mind off all the intrustive thoughts. mastering your mind is the key. buy a speedbag it will work wonders for you. going running and weightlifting can help too cus their activities that require focus. another good thing to help your mind is reading books. oh and if you look at porno and wackoff you better stop cus that could be a cause for why you have that too.(if you do that try quiting wacking it for 2 weeks and quiting porn for 2 weeks and see if you improve).
