What color are your crystals!??!
I have found that depending on the color of the crystals I use, I can align my spirit with the energetic centers of the body, and this allows me to see other people's chakras.
You can also use the quartz, just color them with a secret magic nectar (this is made from all natural materials that can be found in your own backyard, just PM me for the recipe!) whatever color you want, then eat and wait for a few days.

agreed. when I meditate with one it opens up this energy current that flows through me. simple rocks like pumice and sandstone, haven't really tried crystals. It seems like there is so much compressed into a rock. like everything in the whole world was compressed down to something you hold in your hand, like a tangible snapshot of everything that existed at a certain time, recorded in a rock.
