why are things so damned expensive??

    i just want a bottle of sherry. or any kind of wine, really, but i'm in the mood for sherry. oh well, maybe they've got a cheap one at the store.

    the effort involved and the premium they CAN make you pay because of the cache attached to wine


    Also, inflation because our government prefers to issue bonds instead of taxes.
