I've been doing research for a while now and im wondering if during the grow and flower cycle, if with good ventilation there is still a smell that could easily be detected indoors. thanks
It depends what you mean by good ventilation, you need a carbon filter to get rid of the smell. There are strains that don't smell all that much like weed though.
Any grow will create an obvious smell. The last month of flower is the worst and anybody savvy will be able to identify the odor. Before the last month its more of a planty smell. Carbon filters/venting to the outside by creating negative pressure are the two best options for odor control and relatively effective. And only vent to the outside if you live some other people aren't around you house. But, remember, if a cop walks up to your house and the dryer vent spews pot smells, that's probable cause fopr a warrant. Filters are best.
depends what strain. one small plant (ex: LR2) away from public view should be okay. but you will need to have some type of odour eliminator when you are drying the "flowers".
Probably not. Outside, I'd be mored worried about visual stealth. I don't know about Canada, but IMHO, it would be stupid to put a plant in your backyard in the US, unless you had a card. All it takes is one kid jumping over for the frisbee or a meter reader to screw you over.
theres alwys this shit online that u put inside ur lil grow room and it covers all smell.... google that shit upppp,
