Polar Bear Vs. Killer Whale

Which do you think would win?

I honestly think it's a toss up, but I have to lean a little more towards the killer whale.

 

Whale ~

not much to grab onto,

and it can take an air OR water atmosphere.

 

The killer whale for certain.

The premise of this conundrum is that the battle take place in the ocean, as the orca is oceanbound whereas the bear can travel both territories. The bear will lose most of its power and be severely disadvantaged in the water.

 

Killer whale would eat the bear.

 

The polar bear will have more luck with scratch-off tickets.

 

actually I remember like 7 years ago a killer whale killed a great white shark in a fight and everyone made a huge deal of it because usually it's the other way around

 

Bear wins on land because the orca would be like a fish out of water, and I'm not necessarily sure the orca would win the ocean either, killer whales usually go for baby seals, and they hunt bigger fish like blue whales in packs, I think a polar bear might be a bit too big and heavy for a killer whale to attack.

 

That's awesome, I would've loved to have seen that encounter.
