Nobody replies to other forums

Is that normal?

Why are they there if people do not reply?

 

Do you mean the other forums in Random Thoughts, or the rest of the forums on the site?

 

It's true most of the other forums move to slowly.Yet RT moves to quickly.This site has waaaaaaaay to many forums in my opinon.

 

I think that a lot of the RT threads should be posted in other forums, but people just come to this one, because they know people will reply. A lot of the threads in RT really fall into categories of other forums on the site.

True.---Also I think RT should be divided into 2 forums.One for the more stupid threads and one for the lack of better word good/better threads. For example I've written a few threads in movies/tv months ago and they are still on page 1 with only a few responses.If I posted them here I would have gotten maybe 30+ responses,then they would now be on perhaps something like page 200.

 

But those 30 responses are more helpful than having them on the first page

 

The problem is not the responses but the fact that if someone wanted to read the thread a few days later,they would not be able to find it or would have a hard time trying.And it might be a topic that they are interested in.

 

Are there not tracking things here? Seems silly to have some of these functions and not one like that

Thats gives the last posted on topics. If the page was cut down and could be acessed thru a well described link....there might be more posting in other forums. As things are now the bulk of the HF posters...which is RT shy away from all the clicks needed to see whats happening in other places......and new people are taught to come here(RT).

Well then I do not know what you are saying. All forums here have traffic and activity.

Don't believe me...go to the Conspiracy forum and accuse everyone of being a member of Black Ops. You will get replies.
