I’ve been having constant pain in my shoulder and neck. I can hardly move my neck, happens when I drive when I’m in my bed at night and when I try to work. There’s no swelling on these parts of my body and I don’t recall ever straining them from lifting or something. It’s actually the bone joints that seem to hurt and not the muscles. I’m only 24 so I’m wondering what this could be. I noticed that this started happening like 5-6 days ago. Any help?

I suggest you see a doctor to have that checked. It may not be alarming but at least you’ll find out what exactly is causing it. At the same time, you may ask for a pain reliever since from the way you described it, it keeps you from getting a good sleep. For joint pain, the best pain medication is tramadol. So ask your doctor if it can help you with your case. Advise us on what your doctor will tell you what that is. Thanks and take care.

Sounds more like bad posture, poor ergonomics and muscle fatigue causing alignment problems. Go to a chiropractor, that is a better solution than a regular doctor. They deal directly with joint alignment. I go twice a week, and it's improved the quality of my health greatly. I don't take pain medication.

Joint pains? have it checked by the doctor. Simply because swine flu also have this effect so you need to have it checked.
