I'm at a point in my life where I have to stop using Heroin, 10 long years with this drug and it wasn't worth it. Before a few years ago I used to say if I could go back I'd repeat it all, now I'd stay far away from it as possible.
Until last month I was smoking/foiling .8 daily, now I'm on .2 one £10 bag. I'm fully stable on the .2, I actually wake up feeling refreshed and go to the toilet with no problem. Cutting down wasn't too hard, I just had to make sure I only bought what I was going to smoke, if I got 4 bags I'd smoke them all but if I got 2 I'd make them last.
So I've saved 150 mg's (15 8mg and the rest 2mg) for my home detox, I have to work tomorrow but it's Friday.
My question is now that I'm only using .2 for 13 days what dose of Subutex should I use? I want to have the least possible and will do a slow taper. I've heard a lot about more is less and that. Also will Sub help me go to sleep? I can deal with 90% of the WD's but the sleepless nights really get to me.
Well thanks in advance for the help.

Ive heard methadone is the best way to handle herion withdrawals mainly because you can go to sleep easier on it mabye talk to a rehabilitation doctor about it i am sure ill be in your shoes one day opiates is the only drug I even do anymore and I love it
