So wheres it at? Whats the best town to live in if I move to michigan? kalamazo? Can anyone give me the rundown? Preferably a well populated hip friendly collegtown/downtown type of setting. Im thinking of relocation at the end of the summer.

My brother is going to be a Junior at Western Michigan, and absolutly LOVES it. I cannot really tell you too much more, but def. a college town. There is a community college also right down the road from western. The winters are chilly but the people are nice when I go visit him. I would consider living in Kalamazo, I know my brother is after living in IL for his whole life.

Kazoo's OK for a town. I like small towns better myself but for a town it's not too bad. Used to be known as a party town. Probly still is. Ain't been there in a while.

I live Kalamazoo and go to Western and I LOVE it. There's always shit going on downtown (this weekend = Rib Fest :) ) and it's probably the most liberal city in west Michigan. There's like 3 colleges and at least 4 vocational training places, so most people are 18-25. We host the USTA tennis championships every year and hosted the disc golf world championships last year.

    Ann Arbor is dope too.
