Theres a lady that lives across the street that came over tonight to hang out with my sister. Shes always been very nice but it seems like shes not all there. The first time i met her she came over and asked if we had seen anyone in her yard or anyone looking around. And we said no we hadnt. She said that there have been people following her were ever she moves, and in her back yard she called the police and had them check it out nothing turned up. When she was over tonight all she kept talking about was bloodlines and english and irish people how the english are up so high and the irish are lower??? I couldnt hold a conversation with her really at all she kept talking about the same thing. Then when she left she gave my sister a hug and said she was worried about my sister that someone was out to get her or something because she wasnt english???. Im thinking either she has an extreme mental illness or is schizophrenic. I feel sorry for her my sister was kinda freaked out but she likes the lady, I was hoping she was on some medicine if not maybe I thought about calling some hotline and getting her help.

Lol you just described my mom.

My mom is paranoid delusional and believes people have stalked her across the country. She even thought a country music star was doing this and that he bugged our house with cameras and microphones.
She also hates the Irish and glorifies the English.

She refuses to take any medication and calls the cops about imagined people.

My mom's illness has progressed so far she hardly leaves the house anymore.
