    Totally.

I'm going to go paint my nails black now to represent my tortured soul,
and put a line of red pen across my wrist so people give me attention.
    I mean,

no one understands me. Except -insert shitty band here-
their music totally inspired me to write this poem about my life!

    "My tears fall red,
    because no one gets me,
    and my life sucks,
because my mom and dad won't let me go to the Warped tour next year,
and my dogs name is ted."

    God! You just wouldn't understand!

I can't wait enough until I am old enough to hate my job.

Seems like the traditional American way.

I see. My friend is traumatized from a serious car accident she was in when she was younger (The front left and back right tires blew out at the same time, sending the car flipping vertically from bumper to bumper down the street into a ditch)
So she is VERY hesitant to drive, and gets sick in the car for longer than an hour.
    Poor girl.

The concept of driving is pretty frightening now that I think about it.
One being controlling a whole big machine.......

What do you do for transportation?
I know where I live it isn't a big enough city to have buses (at least not as a popular method) and subways (well, not subways because it is Florida!) and it isn't small enough to be able to walk to where you are going.
    (Tampa, Florida)

Yeah. I live in BFE florida. - But. Hubby drives - everyone I know drives and most my relatives live near by.Getting a ride isn't all that hard usually.
St.Augustine has a pretty good public transport system when we lived there(and should we ever move back-hopefully!) but we don't live there anymore.Lol.. and when we did live in the city there, where it might have been useful, I rode my bike anywhere.

I get to have a "me" day today. Got to sleep in and now I'm up and hubby has the kids out doing errands. *sigh* Quiet... I don't even have music on... just the humming of the house.... Ahhhhhh.....

And in other big news (and mtnmama may laugh because I've been such a flake about it) But, We purchased our tickets for Shambhala. It's the first festival we've been to since Evolve '04 so we are PUMPED!!!! We have babysitters/dog sitters ready to look after our two monsters for two nights.

Oh, there are quite a few doggy peeps on here and I have a question.

We've had Roman for about a month now. He's predominantly Maremma sheepdog and acts in a typical sheepdog fashion (the other parts of him are 1/4 collie and 1/4 rotti). He's a freakin giant dog and seems to always be alpha when playing with other dogs... but he's totally submissive to hubby. In fact, if he even raises his voice a touch "Roman, inside!" the doggie will pee. :( He is only like that with my hubby and not with me and the kids.

Is there any way to help Roman? Hubby tries as much as he does to not raise his voice with him, but having two kids... sometimes there are safety reasons for raising his voice.

    Thanks.

    Woot Woot Woot Woot Woot!!!!

Any stage your fav or do you float around?
I plan on working my hardest to act like someone that doesn't have kids for the weekend... I will the be (one) of the fucked up ladies dancing shamelessly to the music in between sets and thinking the band is absolutely rocking (ever happen to anyone else?lol)

The only show I know we'll see for sure (as long as we can get there early enough to see them) is Wassabi Collective. They are the only band we have seen play before. They are at 5pm on Fri.

I've been watching the videos on the site and I'm so freakin antsy now. It's going to be awesome!!!!

Um... so I have no idea where. lol And I was going to bring my wings... but they are proper ones (you know the big big ones??? ) but it looks like it may be a bit squishy, but will pack them and decide once there.

    Oi I'm a nerd. lol
