best way to use aloe?

how do U use it? ive heard a couple different ways

 

from the bottle:
palm roll a small amount into each lock

from the plant:
strain the gel from the planty bits
then palroll small amount into each lock

 

yeah just like vig sez. basically get a dab in your hand and then spread it evenly on your hands by rubbing em together, then roll your drewad between your hands.
