So, like a lot of people, when I get high I get hungry like crazy. But I only really want certain types of high-calorie, high-sugar foods. Luckily I am pretty physically active and in good shape, but I am running to stand still cuz if I keep eating the way I eat when I am stoned, I am gonna start seeing consequences....Anybody have any advice?
I ate like half a gallon of raspberry sorbet when I was stoned at my friends house. It was sweet and liquid and cold. So that took care of the cotton mouth, and it was so good. So, I know what you are talking about. What about Sugar free diet-type foods? Maybe you don't normally eat that diet crap, and it tastes different, and the chemicals made to replicate sugar probably aren't too good for you. But maybe that's better than 80 grams of sugar in one sitting cause you just ate a whole carton of ice cream. For just those times, maybe diet foods would be better than regular. And when sober you eat normal stuff.
if you must, you could always take a small quantity of methylphenidate or prescription amphetamines when you smoke. this will suppress appetite.
Get some honey combs (not the cereal, actual honey combs) and eat them sheits What I do sometimes when super stoned is that I put honey in skim milk, warm it up and spoon feed that stuff to my face. At the end of it, I had drunk about a quart of milk and a half a jar of honey... mmm mmmm... high calories but honey is potent of the good stuff, especially after it has been heated up... shouldn't really contribute too much to weight...
learn to cook meals. the only hard part is starting the food before you smoke up, and keeping the timer near you i think i could eat a whole broccoli mushroom swiss quiche by myself they are soooo good and sooo easy to make. i cook when im stoned, and i especially love baking. homemade bread is awesome.
Yeah, I like cooking when I'm baked, but as Mother's Love said you gotta start before you smoke up & remember you started cooking shit haha. The munchies & borderline alcoholism contributed to me gaining 40 pounds in college. Since then I've lost all that weight and so now if I get the munchies I tend to eat shit like cheerios or some sweet protein bars. Of course thats not to say I can't/won't eat pizza, chinese food, or whatever else I have a craving for. I've noticed a lot of people have a taste for sweets when they're baked, but I would rather have a full out meal like some type of chicken or whatever. Damnit, now I'm hungry...
i used to eat really unhealthy when i was high, cause i'd just get the munchies and go to wawa and get like doritos and shit but its all about self control... instead of getting the shit you crave just make something healthy or whatever and it'll fill you up, even if its not exactly what you wanted i was up making pasta at like 2am last night haha. i was so worried my dad was going to come down and be like "why the fuck are you making all this food" and figure i was high or something but he never did
