The plans of the most powerful people in the world involve you? I'm impressed, really, please tell me more about this amazing shit that you know for certain because you read it on some website. And I have read what you've typed, much to my own chagrin, and I don't see why you'd take issue with me saying that censorship by powerful groups is but one of many issues to be wary of if AI is created. My point is that the AI itself if much more dangerous than any group of men. But better yet, lemme try and get some fresh blood in this thread.
obviously not or i would think i would be around in 20 years..lol once again, i am no more certain in my beliefs than you are in yours. neither of which has been proven factual or false . good luck with that.. lol
So you're assuming that you being dead in 20 years is the default state, only to be stopped if the supposed elites will it to be so? why is that, you think they'll release some virus or something? And you're right, I can't disprove this shadow organization. My point is that rather than just say "this is what I think is true" it is better to give reasonings for it: "this is what I think is true because pattern A or fact B or logical certainty C"
i already sited several reason i believed it to be true in this thread. and no releasing a virus has too many variables. the easy way to do it, whats been documented as these peoples idea is to systematically reduce the fertility rate of the masses. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/200...ed-abortions-sterilization-population-growth/ http://signsofthelastdays.com/archi...ntrol-and-eugenics-agenda-of-the-global-elite http://www.questia.com/PM.qst;jsessionid=KfKBkhGkrJHt1VGnMyJpK3L1HRF4y8yJDg1MZXGzbhbsLTtc13TQ!-16421419!649349072?a=o&d=5001900186 many ways to do this GM foods is just one. the simplest way to do it on a large scale is through vaccinations, and as i have said that has already been done. think about this swine flu vaccine, the drug makers have already been given complete immunity. what happens when 10 years down the road the children who receive it wind up sterile? i aint saying that will happen, i am just saying its possible.. and what i was referring to about our freedoms and us not being around has to do with things like the NAIS and codex alimentarius as well as all things related. we will not comply, and they aint gonna be happy with those who choose not too.we would rather die in the forest living in a cave gorilla gardening than to be forced to eat GM foods and pump our animals full of antibiotics and hormones etc. there i have gave you a morsel to chew on of the wealth of facts that are out there to support my belief.what you choose to do with it is up to you. if you wish to have more info or dont believe my sources then by all means do your own research into what i have sited. the sinister truth runs much deeper than the quick list of links i threw together. the truth is out there, if one only opens their eyes.. :cheers2:
The genetically modified foods, created to make higher yields to feed more people, are in fact there to poison them? Why go through all the effort, when starvation would do the same job? The same goes for vaccinations. Show me the drug that can reliably steralize without obvious side-effects. If you want to get rid of people, why not just let the diseases run their course? More to the point, steralization doesn't kill anyone, so I don't see why you'd expect to die from the supposed eugenic plans. And if you want to get broader than that, what do you propose we do about the population of the planet? Do you think we can sustain this? No one is going to say that steralization is a good option, but what is the good option?
you obviously didnt read or look at half of what i put up.your questions can be answered by the rescources i gave you. . number two as i stated,my belief about us has to do with the very outskirts of their plan it involves refusing to abide by laws which are designed to reduce the human population, we wont die from what they do to us, but we may very well die avoiding compliance. number three, if you dont think sterilization has anything to do with eugenics you obviously have no idea what your talking about.. anyway, i gave you material that would answer all the questions you just asked,it would take you a minimum of two hours to go through it all and its obvious you didnt.. i see no reason to continue a converstion with someone who chooses not to look at the facts presented to him only to continue to ask questions that could be answered by the material already produced.. i will leave you with a final quote.. Doctors Warn Avoid Genetically Modified Food believe what you wish,i stand by my original statement. transhumanism is not intended for the masses.. have a nice day..
In my opinion, any future evolution for humanity will be centered on the mind and not the body. What can we really modify, physically? Can we give everyone in the world blue eyes? I'm not sure what would be evolutionarily beneficial about that. Or robot arms that make us super strong? For what would we need such strength? Physically, we don't really have that many problems. What is really holding us back as a race, and the hurdles that need to be crossed, are problems with the mind, collective and individual. Physical evolution is a thing of the past for humanity and is not the main focus anymore. In an age where you use your mind more than anything else, what do you think needs to evolve? That being said, I don't think we have the means to understanding to consciously control this aspect of evolution yet.
But that's just the thing, the mind is a product of the body. You're right, super-strong robot arms really wouldn't be that great...but a super-efficient cyberbrain opens up a lot of possibilities, namely the chance to think up new designs for cyberbrains at a faster rate than normal, which in turn would do the same, and so on... And to hippyhillbilly: you're right, I didn't read all of what you linked (the third link specifically required a log-in...) but I did skim through all that I could see. A member of Obama's cabinet helped postulate some totally outlandish ideas about population control 30 years ago, ok. Rich people believe that the world is facing a population problem: they're right. And I never said steralization and eugenics aren't linked, of course they are. I certainly read enough of those pages to see that as much as they decried any thought given towards possible solutions to a population crisis, they provided none of their own. So keep burying your head in the sand.
Maybe, but like I said, we don't have the means nor the understanding to actually reproduce the complexities of the mind. We can do very basic things, yes, but at this point, in this department, humanity is like a child putting colored blocks into the appropriate hole.
whatever dude, you wanted evidence on why i feel the way i do i gave you cold hard facts. you looked at two links and brushed it off. typical and it is indeed why their plan will succeed. your children will not benefit from this, neither will you. keep dreaming.. the ones who will be left will indeed be chattel to the wealthy to serve at their beck and call.
This is unproven, and, I think, untrue, or, at best, only partially true. I'm impressed by how many commas I used in that sentence.
Who would want that? Maybe the elite of 100 years ago had such dreams when slavery still had some fresh appeal, but the children of today's elites will probably want nothing to do with any and all evil plots that may or may not exist. Why orchestrate the submission of mankind when you can just hook up to virtualsexnet51.0? and neodude, we don't now, but we learn more and more every day. It's hard to say how long it might take, but progress will lead us there eventually. In the past there have been plenty of mysteries that seemed insurmountable by empirical study, but the collective force of scientists, students, and amateurs around the world gradually chips away at them.
I don't see what's not proven about it. Sure, we don't understand it completely, but we're quite sure that if you poke around at the brain the mind is effected, and not randomly either. The details of how this relationship works are still fuzzy, but it's undeniable that it's there.
lol,, if you believe that you are truly naive IMO.. once again, we are just going to have to agree to disagree. only time will tell what is fact and what is fiction. i for one pray i am wrong.i dont believe that i am..
I can just as easily say that progress will lead us towards a new respect for the power of mind. I know the mind must be effected by the body somehow, because obviously, there's some concept of "body".
The mind and brain are no doubt connected, but one affecting the other does not mean they are the same thing. That's like saying, if I turn on the faucet, water comes out, so the water is the faucet. We can poke around, and do very trivial things, but when a scientist can poke someone's brain and have them render a painting in competition with the sistine chapel, or have them compose a symphony of the caliber of Mozart, then I'll be impressed.
Surely not with a single poke. With about a million in all the right places? maybe. And while I'll agree that to seek the end product--creative thought--by messing around with the natural resources--the brain--seems unlikely, what it more likely is that a brain could be mildly enhanced. Let's say that there were nanomachines which could remylenate neural connections to speed up synapse response. Or a harddrive that you could store data on and consult via thought. (although you could argue that that would end up making people stupider...) You can't make a masterpiece just by using really high-quality paint. But if you give that paint to a master...
We cannot better ourselves with better machines. It goes quite the other way... By having machines our effort is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced to accomplish the same thing, and our disease, obesity, ignorance, and laziness are clearly the result. In comes pollution, ignorance of the results of such pollution as seperation from nature is more apparant, slavery comes as the demand to do less and recieve more grows, on and on... Evolution hands us what we need. If we really had a true need to cover vast distances in short times - we would evolve into a being capable of such things... perhaps now we could have wings if we had lived in harmony with our surroundings all along. Have we developed "wings"... sure, but they are nowhere near as good as the real thing. The world around us is a way, it is a way for a reason. The more we demand what we cannot have the further from truth and bliss we grow. Point is: We already have, and have *always* had, everything we need! The "machines" that repair our body already exist, the ability to evolve into anything is there... we need to work from within to solve our "problems", with reflection it often comes to light that our "problems" were a result of limitations prescribed to ourselves.
