I don't believe in karma. I think that it's a dumb, idealistic concept. But sometimes things happen that simply correspond to the concept so directly that it's hard to avoid. Per example: I killed a wasp at work yesterday. I have never killed a wasp before, but it landed on me while I was working and I simply couldn't be bothered. Plus, I was kinda getting pissed off with it because it was buzzing around. I don't think it was going to sting me, but I just kinda lost my patience, something that I'm not too proud of. Anyhow... I was walking to get some water out of my fridge today, and I suddenly feel extremely sharp pain at the sole of my foot. Turns out I stepped on a dying wasp that was on my floor that just happened to sting me as a last act before dying. My foot is swollen now, but I feel like I deserved it. Have you ever experienced such coincidental "karma"? Any good famous examples?
Nietzsche talked about the inferiority of women. After he went insane his sister took care of him until his death.
Not that I disagree with him. The only time women shouldn't be barefoot is when they're bailing you out of county.
I can't really think of any example right now or simply don't feel like thinking too seriously.. but.. I believe in karma.. simply per experience.. and I tend to believe in things I can document.. but I don't really believe in anything really.. I guess the appropriate term would be I'm "inclined" to believe.. "because of"..
