Does anyone else find the concept of a vacation ridiculous?
Work for a year and get 4 weeks off for a vacation.

Everyone should just work for a whole year. Arbeit macht frei, people.

For the rest of their lives, yes.

 

They'd need to make a lot of money in that year to survive.

 

I meant that people have to work every year for the rest of their lives, without any vacation.

 

I am going on a month vacation in a few weeks.

That is after slacking off for 3 months after my last month long vacation.

Yup, workers need to take less vacation and work harder.

So I can have more vacations in between slacking off.

 

I prefer to take vacation when I want..what your proposing is slave labor..do we get any breaks?

 

My job is good as I work at a school I get good holidays, 6 weeks in summer and 3 weeks at easter+ xmas + half terms.
Its the only reason I keep my job tbh
