I just thought that I would start a thread dedicated the king of pitchmen, Billy Mays. He was found dead this morning in his Florida home at age 50. Ever since the Oxyclean craze started, I've been a huge fan of his. He has taken everyday-people's idea's and made them a huge success. He may of had a big mouth, but he had an even bigger heart. God bless you, Billy Mays!
Farrah, Billy and Ed got lost in the Michael Jackson event. I like Billy commercials. I used some of the product he hawked and liked the ones I tried. I will miss Billy Mays.
The guy is dead and yet I continue to see his commercials flooding the airways Why should we buy products from a pitchman who might very well be carrying a pitchfork Hotwater
I still see Orville Redenbacher on the tv. He's been dead for a long time now. I have also seen commercials with other dead people in them. Like Fred Astaire, Col. Sanders, and other. So what?
The guy is so full of life and a bundle of energy in his commercials; and yet he’s as dead as a doornail I'm sorry but that’s disturbing Hotwater
The only thing I fine disturbing is the apparent disrespect for the dead on the part of there very own estates. Selling out there image for the all mighty dollar. But, that business.
So the coroner discovered cocaine in billy mays system which may have contributed to his death Well that explains where he got all that excessive energy and enthusiasm from Hotwater
