I'm all about Eggs when I am stoned or drunk. They are easy as fuck to make and there are so many different ways you can cook them and so many things that go with them. Eggs are miraculous.
i'd just work on changing your diet. swap out unhealthier foods for healthy foods. nothing is bad, nothing is evil.. everything in moderation. reach for fruit or veggies or lean protein or anything whole and nutritious when you have the munchies. if you're tempted by those high sugar, high cal foods then don't buy them as often or not at all. small steps, just make any kind of change! good luck eace:
Thanks for all the advice, I didn't think I'd get so many ideas. I actually love to cook and I cook really healthy food, the problem when I'm stoned is that the need for sugar becomes overwhelming. But over the past few days I made an effort to have lots more and different types of sweet fruit around and that has worked really well so far...
caloric content aside, the sugars found in fruits are said to be much healthier than things such as high fructose corn syrup, or even refined white sugar. if you like sweet fruits, imo nothing beats the flavors of ripe plums, peaches, cantaloupes or apricots. that said, if you're going for sweet, you can't miss dates or figs. anyway, for a healthy snack when you're stoned as hell but want something sweet and fruity but also good for you.....make smoothies. get the frozen fruit of your choice, a big tub of yogurt you like, and some oj and combine and blend. some sugar coming from the yogurt probably won't be good for you, but the yogurt itself is very good for you. and so is the fruit and juice. if it just isnt' sweet enough for you, add a little honey and reblend. honey is very sweet, but also very good for you. a great combination is peach/apricots and blueberries. anyway, i have been smoking on a shit ton of resin the past few days and it's nice but i didn't just have something healthy tonight. i cooked up three peices of crispy bacon. in the grease i cooked two slices of french toast, to be served with butter and syrup very unhealthy, full of fat and sugar.....but got, was it tasty
I used to make smoothies n shit in the blender all the time. I even made my own little orange julius recipe cause the one's the sell at malls are shit. I dunno why I stopped doing that. I think I'm gonna go make an orange julius.. FUCK i don't think we have any tang
Fruit ftw. Sugary foods are by far the best thing when high, and if you don't want to chomp down on a whole pound of sour skittles, try watermellon, pineapple, starfruit, nectarines, tangerine, apples, whatever. Fruit is awesome.
