Homosexuals and marriage

I'd say males are "dealt with" with the homosexuality clause and women are "dealt with" with the bit about prostitutes.
So, both male and females are in trouble if they "deviate."

The word ("arsenokoitai") appears in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 and 1 Timothy 1:9-10. Many think it just means homosexual men. If this is the case then the arguments presented above about the passage in Romans still apply here. These would have been young men who worked in the temples of the fertility gods popular in the ancient world. Obviously Paul would not recommend such interesting worship services to those who were committed to following the life and example of Jesus.

Well, it's really hard to explain since everyone in here finds ideas that do not go along with the status quo to be kooky conspiracy theories.

All I will say is that there are people in control who want to bring down society so they can remold it according to their plan. They do this by promoting things that destroy people's concept of normalcy. If you want to see the breakdown of a culture, you promote things that are in opposition to that culture.

it does say that gay who are guy make God mad in the first quote... but does not say it's a sin and they are going to hell. what I hate about these arguments is that is it part of a story.

From what I see it's a snip it of a story, yea, so the guys it's referring to ended up being hate filled, 'unworthy' fags... it says nothing about the fact they were awful because they were fags, it says they were awful due to all of the above.

Civil unions are a civil concept

if they can find someone to marry them, fine, I don't give a fuck, but EVERYONE who is married is civilly joined

not everyone who is civilly joined need be married.

 

um, marriage is also defined by the LAW. thus everyone should have the right.

If the majority of the gay "community" gave a fuck, this all would have been sorted long ago. Not saying there are guys/girls that arent millitant about it, just most of the hobbnob about this issue comes from straight people talking for us.

The real big dealio is worrying about how adopted / ivf little Johnny or Sally gets treated at school cos they have two mommies or daddies. And the real issue there again is the collective nonsense of the straight community, not really us

 

I had a friend in elementary school who had two mommies, he pretty much kept it quiet, and was super popular.

so it's not an issue unless kids are looking for something to treat your kid like shit about anyway.
