That was almost sickeningly-sweet in that denial of the real world sort of way. Someone who talks so much about seeing two sides to everything and what not sure is quick to ignore someone elses argument and attempt to silence them with a hug of false sincerity.
As for Bird saying something about Pats 'abusive' childhood or the like......
Which is more sane: Someone who feels they don't need a hug, or someone who feels the absurd need to hug and be hugged? Not even real hugs. I hug my family when I see them. That is super. But hugging someone when you don't see them?

lol shows what you know about fitness. At 10% you have extremely defined abs and visible veins. Many adult males can be below 10%.

11% is not unbeliavable at all. And the more muscle mass you have the lower the bodyfat percentage. I was tested by my doctor so it was an accurate assessment
