I don't do ultimate breakfast, I do heavy physical labor, and huge breakfast doesn't settle. I do two eggs on an english muffin with some blueberry jam and cream cheese.
2 pork and sage breakfast sausages / 2 rashers of crispy non-smoked bacon / 2 slices of black pudding / fried organic tomatoes and mushrooms seasoned with fresh thyme, salt and pepper / serve of scrambled eggs with plenty of butter / 2 slices of white toast or English muffins / 1 hash brown / whipped butter / stack of fluffy pancakes served with real maple syrup, whipped butter and organic cream / 1 toasted croissant with apricot jam / 1 serve of blueberry yogurt on muesli Drinks: coffee made from freshly roasted organic coffee beans with organic cream / freshly squeezed orange Juice. I would eat all of that in one sitting.
Wait, so you eat the jam with the eggs, like on the same thing?Isn't that breaking a jam law or something? I guess it's like the Monte Cristo thingie. The sweet and salty (chocoalte balls). Would you believe I am not stoned? I just can't stop being absolutaley silly and stupid tongiht.
and I bet you're skinny too, bastard . I've come to the conclusion that the only way I am ever going to be thin is to keep it under 1,000 calories most days. it's been working wonderfully. But, I miss big fatty breakfasts.
I would have a breakfast like that about once a year, although I have some relatives that serve breakfasts like that every day if you ask for it. Yes, I never seem to get fat but it doesn't mean I don't feel run-down when I fill my body with crap. 1,000 calories, what can you eat within that range? I imagine that you could have a stir-fry, a sandwich (made with rye crackers?), some cereal with fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, some snacks, a light dessert and some meth, sounds about right?
Veggie omelette at the Harbor House in Sunset Beach, Ca, with wheat toast, buttered, and boysenberry jam. Sliced peaches on top of cottage cheese and a lettuce leaf. Coffee blacker than James or Miles.
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toasted brioche, some orange juice and a cup of tea. That's my absolute favourite. Cold pizza works too.
I fucking LOVE breakfast burritos with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and lots of potatoes, cooked however. Or all that on toast.
Kay here goes. Um. Lessee......some fresh whole wheat bread. Some goat cheese (!!!!! words cannot describe my love for goat cheese) assortment of other soft, spreadable white cheeses (like cream cheese, but sour) that they have here but I have no idea what it's called. Two eggs, sunny side up, the yoke must have major drippage. Homemade jam, yeah I said it. Homemade jam. Olives. for "dessert" (yes, I dare have dessert after breakfast) yogurt, honey, granola, fresh fruit. BAM. FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE. water. That's my Israeli breakfast. My American breakfast: BACONBACONBACON. Like, maple bacon. Pancakes, I suppose. I love french toast. Eggs. Wouldn't have that all in one sitting, though. Fresh squeezed orange juice. My Tunisian breakfast: Tunisian sandwhich: Fresh tuna, fresh olives, spicy harrisa, lemon preserves, cucumber. (this is not a breakfast food, but when I was there I ate it for breakfast.....and suffered the consequences) OR. Fresh figs. And raw almonds. Ugh, yum My French breakfast: Croissant. Wine. I think that's all folks. I don't know why I just wrote a totally weird post
My ultimate breakfast that I have about once a year or once every two years... Biscuits with sausage gravy, sliced tomato, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, an orange and a glass of skim milk. Mmm....
hhahaaaaaaaa, no not at all. Yesterday i went to 1,800 as we went to chilli's and I love their black bean veggie burgers. But the day before that I ate: A small smoothie with protein powder from jamba juice and a sundried tomato twist a 200 calorie pastry a grande latte gold fish crackers a protein smoothie Lots more nutrients than the average american takes in at their 3,000 calories a day. I get a lot of fruit and clean protein in my diet.
