Excedrine, Tylenol, Asprin.

Then, when I realized those weren't going to work, a hot bath. A hot bath with lavender oil. A hot bath with baby oil.

Nothing works. I'm going to invest in a good pillow. One of them ones made for certain sleep positions. Maybe that'll help.
