Do you think it's alright to smoke weed everyday? Multiple times a day? It seems like a lot of people on here don't think it is ( "abbusing the herb" )which I kind of found strange. I say as long as you get your shit done why not?
I would say most people here are daily/near daily tokers. Everyday smoking is probably not the best for your lungs or tolerance, but, in my experience, it hasn't noticeably affected my performance in other aspects of life. I usually only smoke once about an hour before bed and I really enjoy the winding down of the day and easing into sleep. I personally feel that there is a big jump from once a day to multiple times a day. If you smoke multiple times a day, you are spending large amounts of your waking hours high. I know a couple of people who smoke as soon as they get off work, and, when we hang out, they're always high. It's fine, but sometimes it can be lame. In the end, how much is too much is a personal decision. Personally, except for when I'm in vacation mode, I limit myself to once a day. But, as you said, if you get your shit done, its all good.
I personally smoke almost everyday. There are days that I don't but those days are usually busy. I only smoke when I get off from work but not always right away. If I am driving by myself I will light up but usually I am driving home with my woman. Sometimes if I have a hard day I will let her drive and I will toke up. I have only done that a couple of times. However, for me it is a not a work kind of thing. I also feel you can be stoned and be functional but for me it's evenings and weekends only. On weekends I usually don't start until the afternoon.
I used to think that getting stoned everyday was a bad thing to do.. but now I have changed my mind. I started smoking at 16 but only smoked regulary at 17 and now at 20 I have started smoking every day. Because I worked my way up to habitual everyday use I think it has little or no effect on my wellbeing. I can still do all my college work, maintain good relationships with my friends and family, and are generally in a good mood every day. But if you gave a newbie a 1/2 ounce of skunk and told them to smoke everyday, I think they would run into problems.
I smoked twice in grade 8 but didn't smoke again till almost the end of grade 10. I didn't really start buying weed until half way through grade 12. I smoked almost every Fri and Sat until that summer, then I started smoking like every second day, I swore I would never smoke every day. Now, this is where it gets weird. The morning after a night where I had smoked I would feel kind of slow, like I couldn't focus as well. Well, the weekend smoking continued through my first year of college and towards the end the lack of focus the morning after stopped happening, and now this summer I've smoked almost every day for the last 3 months, generally multiple times, and I don't know, I guess when I go back in a month I'll find out if I've gotten much dumber, but I don't think so. I agree that starting smoking weed later in life is key to avoiding the negative side affects of marijuana. The two times I smoked in grade 8 I never got high, and I think that if it had I would have become a stoner when I was fucking 14 which is definitely a bad thing. Your brain has so much development left and I honestly think weed stunts this development. But by the time you hit 20 your brain is pretty much done developing so there isn't as much negativity associated with smoking. Sorry for that long ass post haha
Yes and yes. I've never had any issues with it... I never drive while high though. More or less because, when I get high, it's very noticeable, and in the event that I'm ever pulled over... well, that's self-explanatory. I tend to be MORE productive when I'm high a lot of times...*shrug*
i think smoking everyday or multiple times a day is definitely okay to do as long as you have the tolerance built up and can still function everyone in my house has been smoking for a long time and we smoke everyday multiple times a day. we are also all active college students with jobs we still manage to function just fine and have a great time you just have to learn to balance everything in your life people saying that we are abusing the plant are ignorant and judgemental. If someone chooses to smoke everyday that is their choice and their chosen lifestyle. noone should be able to tell you that is wrong at the same time though i gotta agree that while you are young you should smoke in moderation. Smoking in high school definitely changes you. I did it and im not saying you shouldnt, but just dont become a daily smoker right away you gotta build up to it lol
SMOKE WEED EVERYDAY! I guess if it's within your budget, do it up. I personally think if you have to have it to function on a day to day basis though, it's probably a bad thing.
haha. it's totally not within my budget to smoke as often as I do and I do it anyway...and I suppose that's where I become pathetic. (and I really am) I won't lie, I'm definitely emotionally dependent on it. Not sure why. I can get through all day long 5 days a week (because weekends I'm pretty much stoned completely) without it until I go home to sleep at night... but the thought of not having any readily available, or having to quit for a job makes me panic inside. Probably not an awesome thing, but it is what it is for now. When I *want* to tackle the problem I will, I just don't want to badly enough yet, haha
I smoke everyday about once or twice and don't see a problem with it. Though, I do smoke for medicinal reasons also, so it's what helps me function through the day. I don't consider it a problem unless you can't get anything done during the day.
i smoke weed everyday but its nice to take a break once in awhile i think it depends on the person, some people smoke and get rly lazy other people smoke and can function perfectly fine and do all their work
QFT I agrre, I don't recomend anyone start smoking on a regular basis until later in life. It's like drinking. I don't recomend that people of a young age drink all the time. I think it's healthy for young people to try it but personally I think it should be something in the home. You need to learn how to do these things properly from experienced people.
