As I was trying to find a short cut to the local beer store this evening I happend upon an old country road (actually happend upon a few of them... my shortcut didn't quite work) and as I was driving along I noticed a light ahead of me, swaing lightly in the wind, like a lantern, as I got closer it looked like somebody was walking along the side of the road holding the lantern. Until i got right on top of the light... I took my eyes off of it and it just vanished! And it was just bean fields on either side of the road, so there was no where for it to disapear to! A few minutes later I noticed the light again in my rearview mirror... What a creepy night, although I'm sure it was just my mind playing tricks on me... never did get my beer either....
Hehe that was the first thought that came to mind when I saw this 'That looks like a lantern...who the shit carries a lantern!?'
I realise it's mostly just me posting in this thread, but! Lookie what I found. Once again, most likely a hoax, but still gives me shivers
I don't dispute the presence of other-worldly spirits. I know they are there. I've never lived in a house that wasn't haunted. However, I don't believe that they are spirits who need to be put to rest. I think they are all demons. They can't be good if they scare you so shitlessly(is this even a word?)! Holly
oooh, that was deliciously scary - i got goosies hard out..and those two articles added to it, that girl in the floor one - ooooooh. I love getting all worked up about a ghost story.
