How many of you are musicians? I play flute and guitar, and I love to sing and jam with others. I read music and play by ear, too. I wish there was a way to jam online.
I'm a guitarist and a pianist. You know, there is, technically, a way to jam online. You have to find a site for what you're into, and then host your music, have another person use it in Cakewalk or some program like that, and record over your pre-recorded jams. We used to do it all the time on Guitar.com.
I've been playing drums for 6/7 years and guitar for about 2/3 years but I prefer bass. I can also play bit of Sitar as well and piano. But shamefully I don't live anywhere near you.
I play violin, guitar, harmonica, and I recently started learning trumpet, mandolin, and piano. I also sing and I love jamming with people . I play by ear whenever I'm playing my instruments with my band.
i play piano, clarinet and tenor saxaphone. i also sing and i have a pretty good ear, i like to teach myself songs after listening to them. and ive also written a few songs. sometimes when im bored i write theme songs.. ive got quite a collection now! i reaalllly want to play drums, but i dont have enough money for a drum set at the moment, but its something i will have to do at one point in my life. oh and i play recorder haha.
I play guitar but writting and production are more my bag now although I still play a lot, for writting purposes mostly.
