Just bought a macro lens, decided I'd post some pictures from the last few days.

i have lusted for the d40 for about 2 years now, but i've had to settle for the s550. how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking??? i've been trying to find one cheap, but the lowest i have seen was like 450.00

 

I like the 3rd and 4th ones from the top, the colors are striking. Do you manipulate your photos in editing? (No shame in doing so, I do it all the time. Just curious)

 

My camera was a gift and I've been waiting to save up for a better one. soon I hope.

As for editing, I do simple editing for pretty much all of my photos *contrast/lighting* other than that I don't do anything. The colours from the 3rd and 4th were almost exactly the same as in the photo. I just darkened the 3rd the one a bit.
