From what I have read on Fentanyl, mainly focusing on the patches, says that it was first introduced as an anesthetic but is now primarily used as an analgesic to fight chronic, non-malignant pain. If you are taking up to 150mg a day then you should be able to take half of the patch and not have any problems with nausea. You might be able to take the whole patch but I would not try doing that at one time, spread out the use of the patch. These patches are very potent, some say Fentanyl is up to 80 to 100 times stronger than Morphine. They can easily kill you. I would not take the patch and then go to sleep while waiting on the effects to come on, many people die this way. Hopefully, you can safely dose using the information gained from users who responded to your questions. Know your dose, man. Be careful, d00d.
