I take Zanaflex, and I'm having trouble getting to sleep due to a headache and want to take some Tylenol PM, is it safe?

I would advise you to take benadryl. It has the same sleep ingredient(25mg of diphenhydramine) in it as Tylenol PM, but Benadryl just doesn't have tylenol in it.

^the OP has a headache so the tylenol is probably a good thing

i don't think i'm comfortable OK-ing a drug combination though, with something i've never heard of. someone else may be able to help but this probably isn't the best place to turn with this question. pharmacist, doctor maybe?

Ya that PM shit is a bad poison, makes a wicked storm.......worst than one that took down a few trees. It's not at all a fun agent at all to tinker toy around with, cause the bitch left and you couldn't find a bag of weed.

Well, I took my zanaflex and one tylenol PM and it was fine. I was just worried the pain killer part might effect the muscle relaxer drug. The warning says that if mixed with sleep aids, it causes more drowsiness than usual. That's about the only warning I've found.
