drank yesterday till 8 am, skipped work, drank again today

Toddaaaay I was up at half 8, went to the library, and went to argos. I got me a new tent! I have a tiny one I was going to camp in next week but I barely fit in it, plus the one I saw in argos was bigger than that one and was £12.99!! Then mum saw a different one, a better slightly bigger one, and said I could have that one instead xD So I have a sexy new tent. Thing is, it says it is shower proof, not waterproof... What if it raINS?!

 

well if i remember correctly, and I probably dont, shower proof means its not resistant to heavy rains, or puddles....

 

Bah rubbish Lol on the argos thingy screen thing it said "disposable tent"... xD Meh, its blue. ^^

 

If its a double skin your probably ok, as long as you can stop the water pooling on the outer skin and touching the inner. Might be an idea to bring an extra ground sheet though.

 

or you can improvise like I usually do and just get two to three thermic sheets, they are ze bomb, on for the floor one for the improvised roof and on to keep you warm... plus they are thin as hell, waterproof and pretty warm

 

I found out I was offered a job today. I got an email about another job I applied for saying I got refused because they hadn't recieved my CV in time and said that they'd offer me a corporate junior trainee management job instead. Thing is it was offered to me a couple of days ago and with me being ill I've only just seen it. Best thing I could do was leave a voicemail saying I was ill and could they ring me on Monday. I bet they thought I wasn't interested and gave it to someone else.

 

Yea it is two skinned I remember in guides and explorers, that if the outer is wet and you touch it with the inner it isn't water proof, so is that what it means? I pull my tents real tight so no pooling for me My brother is fail at putting tents up, just pegs them loosly and he sleeps in the droopy bit, then he gets wet! Lolls

today is my niece's aqua ceremony. lol. no baptisms for us. cookout afterwards with my extended family.

Then a cook out and swimming at my house, because its like 90 degrees out today.

we woke up to a friend offering a bowl this morning it was quite nice

gucci also pissed on my feet for some weird reason but she's been being bad about pissing in the house even though we take her out every time she even hints that she might want to go outside

and discovered that i attract pot-heads now lol but its not because of dreads

my seedlings didnt go through too much shock yesterday but didn't see any new growth today
