My girl complains of the same thing, she HATES enemas, so we don't use them for anal. If you eat a sufficient amount of fiber in your diet, after you have a BM your anus should be empty. Me and my wife have anal about 1-3 times per week, and we RARELY have any problems with it being messy or anything. Eat more fiber, it's good for you, and great for anal. You can reduce your cholesterol, prevent colon cancer, and enjoy anal more, it's a win win situation.

I have a sprayer just like the one on your sink hooked up to the shower and spray water up my ass till it is clear and I feel clean. I tighten up around the nozzle to keep the water in and spray as much as I can hold then push it out. i have only cramped up in my stomach but I think I held onto the nozzel to long and probaly shot water into my guts.

My wife doesnt bother with enemas. She just takes a good shit and that clears the way for me. Weve been doing anal regularly for years and years and sure - once in a while there might be a little residue on my dick afterwards. I dont really care, its my wife after all.
Not a good idea to use pressure. For one thing if you are coming directly out of a faucet you have no idea how much you are injecting. It is probably possible that you could puncture the lining doing that too.
