so today i was meditating the technique i was using was just to simply focus on breathing. The experience i had was unlike anyother though. When i was meditating it felt like parts of my body were smaller and i got the sensation that my head was literally expanding, like it felt like i was something similar to a bobble head. ANyone else experience this? Any one have any thoughts on what this might be?

similar things have happened to me... i'd feel like my body was tiny, then massive. i'd feel like everything disappeared except for my head, and i'd feel my eyes expand so that they took up all of my body.

meditation creates significant changes in your energy, which can manifest itself in many ways, from strange behaviors to strange sensations and anything else.

notice these things, be aware of them, and let them pass.

I've experienced this before, honestly, I don't know what causes it, it could be your bodies subtle energies, could be related to your mind processing information in a different way, in a different state of consciousness, could be other things and most likely a combination of all of them.

You don't really need to know, anything that is practically important will show itself to be so, and will teach you how it may be made use of - otherwise, don't keep it on your mind, let your perceptions be like a river and keep on rolling through your awareness, don't allow anything to stagnate and your experiences will get much deeper, weirder and life changing, and in way harder to digest but at the same time simpler too, at least this is my understanding.
