oh i've seen those. they're kind of cool, but i prefer glass usually and honestly i dont mind just repacking a bowl rather than loading up six :tongue:

i REALLY, REALLY want this when i next get my own place again, but it's kind of pricey:

two foot bong with zig zags designed to be able to be set down SIDEWAYS without spilling. two foot, glass on glass...and it can lay down.....


the practical upshot of which is that you can lay on your couch watching movies or tv and smoke from a kickass 2 foot glass on glass bong without having so much as to sit up to do so! also, since it lays down instead of sits up straight, it's harder for your stoned friends to knock it over and spill the water when its on the coffeetable.

its 130 bucks, though. and its on chunkyglasspipes, and i've heard great things about the value of their products, but apparently they take ages to get your stuff shipped out to you

 

that looks awesome nesta, but... it also looks pretty break-able.

we sell those revolver pipes at my store, $50 bucks. they are cool but i'm a glass person too.

i'm surrounded by bongs and pipes all day... i take something new home every week. my apartment is covered with paraphanalia. when new orders come in sometimes they send us free stuff. i've gotten a few free pipes, grinders and random things like marijuana shaped ice cube trays from suppliers.

it's pretty swell.

I love joints the most, but my boyfriend and I have a KILLER bowl. it's glorious. our pal gave it to us for free! he knew we didn't have one lol.

that bong doesnt look any more break able than other bongs that have the zig zag...ive heard bongs like this are pretty cool though, meant to be used while reclining back...the lazy mans bong

 

exactly. any piece is breakable if you don't take good care of it....

keep in mind the thing is 24 inches, so the thinness of the glass may be deceptive....blow that up to it's full 2 foot length and it might not look so fragile...and i agree, a lot of the issue is in the bends, which in my experience are no more fragile than any other part of a normal upright bong.

i mean hell, it's probably LESS breakable unless you drop it, cause it's way harder to knock over

And yeah purp a grinder is fantastic, just make sure you get one with a nice keif catcher and make sure the holes on the screen aren't too big or small, as well as check to make sure the magnet holding the top piece on is strong enough to hold upside down and it won't fall off.

Nothing beats collecting keif, the ground bud still gets you just as ripped as if you didn't grind it, it smokes better because the size of every piece of chron is basically uniform and allows for a more even burn, AND most importantly you get a decent amount of keif even from just a bowl's worth of crystally chronic. How fucking stoned you get off a bowl topped with a good amount of keif is reason enough to get a grinder.

Also if you roll blunts or joints a lot a grinder is a life saver for super sticky weed. As otherwise everyone knows that after breaking up chron your fingers almost stick together, and that makes it much harder to roll than if your fingers weren't sticky as fuck.

 

i wonder if cocoa butter is fatty enough to efficiently extract thc? if it is, i'd try my hand at making marijuana chocolates in that ice tray, molding the candies into the shape of pot leaves

 

from what i just searched.. 1 cup of cocoa butter has 218g of fat in it... which is about 13g per tbsp

 

According the the Marijuana Foods Handbook Cocoa Butter is sufficient but it says it should be used right away and is not recommended for storing.

 

i wonder how well it would work as a lotion.. seeing as cocoa butter is used for lotioning as well
