Sad that people take Glenn Beck seriously

 

True, the sad part is they fall for it time and time again.

 

the really sad thing is that people are so apathetic.

 

Actually the sad part is so many feel disenfranchised and threatened.

 

But shouldn't you save your passion for things that aren't total bullshit?

 

I would guess that's what happenned when we declared war on Iraq for bullshit reasons. I would hope people have wised up and don't want a replay.

 

It's an odd part of relating fantasy world, you would hope that uncle sam knows you better than yourself...or other people. It's the local ass hats that scare me, they aren't very nice at all.

 

About the government taking over your computer only if you want to be reimbursed for clunkers.

It amazes me that the government doesn't hire more savy programmers to put together their sites. But this isn't FISA this is the web site for dealers to access to get reimbursed. All the money spent on torture and homeland security and they still make these amateur mistakes. Go figure. Too busy dealing with healthcare lobbyists I would surmise. Or maybe they ae busy watching Alaska. But doesn't give me much confidence that they can get it right. Perhaps the people that put this site are related to someone with power? Just about as stupid as the flyover in Mahatten earlier this year.

Big, obviois stupid mistake. Wonder what they paid those webmasters? Probably more than most of us make in five years.

But then many states bought Deibold voting machines, perhaps they manufacturered this site? Or perhaps they outsourced it.

 

I went to cars.gov and clicked all through the website and got nothing like what Beck was describing. In fact, if you watch the video, Beck does not even get anything like he is describing. I think this is another tale from the Adventures of Gullible's Travels.
