My favorite use for them is for frying onions, garlic, herbs, all the vegetables I like.. and add spices and then, add my rice or noodles that had been boiling to the mix - cause it's so big, everything will fit, and to just stir everything together in crazy beautiful mix of colors and savors
You WOK penny! I'm a huge fan of woks for any kind of cooking. Yesterday I made a sauce from onions, green peppers, garlic, chicken, chorizo sausage, pesto, white wine, cream and fresh basil in my wok and I served it on farfelle pasta. :drool5:
