Quite a lot of thais have nose jobs to enlarge their noses, but from what I've seen South Korea is the most surgically altered country per capita.

Nope, depending on circumstances. If they had lots of surgery without really needing it (though who's to determine necessity in this case?) then my opinion would change, but as long as the adjustments were reasonable, I'm all for it.

How do you know this? Could you tell by looking? Did she tell you on the first date? If it doesn't look natural, that would be a problem for me, and if cosmetic surgery is something she likes to talk about a lot, that could be a warning sign. Some people get obsessed with cosmetic work.

I don't think a person can have a rule against dating people who have had work done because in most cases, you aren't going to know until after you've been going out a while.

I did date someone who had plastic surgery...he and his brother were born with giant Dumbo ears and their parents had them fixed when they were young kids. You know it's bad if they get you done THAT young.

Definitely reconstructive surgery is different than vanity surgery.
