Hey, thanks for posting the recipe! Sounds good, I'll have to give it a try! I made a chocolate zucchini cake about a week ago with fresh zucchini from my garden. You guys and your posts about different things to do with zucchini inspired me. I didn't tell the kids I put zucchini in the cake. They gobbled it up! I mean, they like zucchini as is, but I was afraid that if I told them I actually put it in chocolate cake that I wouldn't be able to get them to eat it. You know how kids are.
that sounds yummy in fact. I'm gonna try it. We have cucumbers that are ready to be picked in the garden!
Oh man, that is perfect. I was just staring at these cukes my mom got thinking, "what the hell do I do with THESE?" Thought I was done cooking today, but I might have to suck it up and face the unbearable heat of the stove again. *clings to the box fan* EDIT: Nvm, no stove involved!
I just love cucumbers. One of my favorite meals is peeled sliced cucumbers with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. At one point in my life that's all I was eating for every meal.
i love cukes. hungarian cucumber salad is awesome as well. peel, slice, make a mixture of sugar vinegar and sour cream to taste, sprinkle paprika on top. nom nom nom
The only way I have ever really liked cucumbers is in tacos and in sushi. I could eat cucumber maki all day...
It tastes like orange sherbet to me! Wow, this is amazing. Thanks so much for this. I'm going to make everyone I know try it.
i kinda thought it tastes like Italian lemon ice.. glad you like it.. TBH i was kinda nervous to hear the critiques because it does have quite the first bite shock to it..
