I was arrested last night

its only a misdeamenor so I wouldnt be too worried about it

 

If he didn't read you your miranda rights I'm pretty sure that means you're free to go, correct me if Im wrong.

 

when it comes to the lack of reading your rights, you do not have a witness do you? it then comes down to the officers word against yours.
i'm not judging you, only pointing out what it would look like to a jury, or even a judge. Officer would simply say that you were under the influance, which would destory your merit. Not to mention that you stated that you have already been arrested 4 times.

Seems like you also confessed. Best choice seems to take the punch and move on.

I once glued the doors to a building on campus with liquid nails.
I had dressed in my camo, but couldn't find any black face, so used boot polish. On the main door, I thought I saw a statue move, it turned out to e a security gaurd watching from inside - and i caught the flashing lights out of the corner o my eye Cars are faster then people on foot, and they had the chopter in the air - so I was caught about four blocks away.
They threw the book at me - which consisted of public intox, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief.
I pled no contest, paid the fines and moved on.

I was arrested for public intox once. I was so shitfaced i slept the whole time anyways.

 

Despite what TV has made us think, the police DO NOT have to read you the miranda warning when you get arrested, only if they plan to question you. If the police want to interrogate you at any time after the arrest they still have to read it. But, us being stoners, it's safe to say when we get arrested it's going to be drug related and pretty obvious and the police are never going to have any interest in interogating us. So mirana doesn't really apply
