I need to fucking relax and learn how to stay calm. I'm really good about doing it for say 30 minutes or so, but it never sticks. I'm a total wreck under any sort of pressure and it's really making me miserable. Any thoughts on what I can do to stay tranquil?
meditate? chant? listen to calming music? listen to nature? sing? dance? yoga? have you tried any of these yet?
I will admit I never tried yoga or chanting! I just tried meditating last night and I might keep at it... everything is so temporary for me, it always wears off in such a short amount of time.
