so tonight I REALLY INTENSELY washed my hair with dr. b's peppermint soap, and I had to blow dry my hair because there was no sun or summer heat to dry them...

my natural hair color is blonde, and it's kinda taken to this dusty blonde color over the years, but tonight after I dryed my hair off it looked as if it had changed to this yellow blonde...

I don't mind it really, but has this weird hair bleaching/lightening ever happened to anybody else using bronners? did the heat from the blow dryer strip my hair color or something? just curious.

I use the rose soap bar and I haven't noticed any lightening, but I have bleached my hair... My roots aren't lightening so it might just be the peppermint for you? Or the sun? I dunno xD

i don't think it's the shampoo. i think it's because you hair is actually clean. my hair used to "get lighter" after i washed it as a kid.

My hair has actually gotten darker from it. It probably just brings out the natural colour of one's hair.
