it'd be pretty hard to get the movie if you don't see it all, since it can be a bit confusing at some points. i really enjoyed it and it gave me something to think about.
I really liked that movie. It was a beautiful film about human attachment to love. Simple, yet so incredibly complex!
I really loved it, and Bethechange (awsome screen name by the way) is right on about the human attachment to love. It's really interesting, and just super sweet, loved it
Thank you very much. I have used that screen name for everything for as long as i can remember. I fell in love with it during a report that i did on M.K. Gandhi.
it's beautiful, makes me smile I fell in love with mine in french 4, soon as I heard it I loved it, used it for everything since too
In my opinion, I thought this was a great movie. I'm not really sure why all of the funny actors have recently been trying to do serious movies, but it's working out. All of the characters were excellent. The plot couldn't have been better. And it had a generous length. My favorite scene had to be when the Jim Carrey character kept chasing the girl down the street and everytime he started to run, the block turned around. That was the shit! Some might view it as a revelation as to what is in store for us if "technology" stays on the course it's on. But it also reinforced my belief that there is a girl out there that is perfectly compatible with me and that once the connection is made, it will take an act of extraordinary circumstances to separate it. All of the other connection with women I have made seem like they are missing something. Film is such a great thing. Atleast in its grassroots form. (such as this film is)
i think my favorite part of the movie was when he explained to his memory of clementine what was going on and he tried to hide her in different memories. there was also that spiritual connection between the two...like they were meant to be. after clem had gotten her memory erased and when jole was trying to hide her...real life clem was freaking out...especially when patrick was using jole's shit to woe her.
I don’t know how much social commentary is involved in that flick. I don’t think the filmmakers wanted to warn us about the growing role of technology. I sat through this movie and was instantly reminded of the Solaris remake. There are times during this movie where you have to question what is happening. Sunshine is a movie that demands the attention of your brain, as some things are a little confusing the first time through. What makes this movie great is that, while you ponder what is going on, your heart is knowingly being held in the balance. Behind all the twists, supercool screenshots, and appealingly odd characters this is just a story about a guy that loves a girl. Definitely one of the best I have ever seen. As a movie goer I liked how it ended. But as a story it would have been better if it didn't end that way.
